The rosemary from the garden is perfection right now -- so, even though it isn't a holiday, and even though we aren't having company for dinner, and even though it is Monday night -- even though there's no occasion other than something wonderful from the garden, I'm cooking a turkey with butter and mustard and fresh rosemary, to be finished off with a vermouth reduction sauce. Did I already say, "perfection"? Let me say it again ...
